In general, everything in templates/codes and misc have their own permissions in their readme! Make sure to read them!

IN GENERAL:

• Do NOT use or alter into anything that falls under hate speech/discrimination.
• Do NOT put any of my work into Generative AI databases.
• You CAN make derivative works and fanart/writing, no need to ask :) I don't think anyone will ever do this but I know its something people like asking 🙂‍↕️

GHOSTS & CODE:

• Do NOT redistribute or make indepdent download pages for my ghosts or alterations of my ghosts without my permission.
• You CAN make alterations (like dialogue) to your personal, undistributed downloads :)
• Do NOT claim or redistribute my characters, art, or writing separate from their original download.
• If you want to use a chunk of code from my ghosts, please ask! I'll put up its own page for ease of greater accessibility.

BALLOONS & SHELLS:

• Unless stated in their readme:
• You CAN redistribute my balloons and shells with credit by packaging them in your ghost download.
• You CAN make visual and code alterations and distribute them indepdentl. You also have permission to package it in your ghost download, if you do so!
• You MUST credit me and any assets used, and note in the readme that it is a modified copy.
